Zimpraise season six live DVD that was recorded at a colourful ceremony recently at the Harare International Conference Centre (HICC) is now in its final stages and will be made available on the market anytime soon.
The group’s president Joseph Madziyire confirmed to RelZim about the developments.
“The good news about those who missed the event is that our fourth coming DVD that was recorded recently at H.I.C.C is now in its final stages and fans can expect it on the market anytime soon,” said Madziyire.
The live DVD which was recorded under the theme, ‘It’s all about Jesus’ was graced by celebrated local gospel artistes, who included Pastor G, Sebastian Magacha, Mathias Mhere, Thembalani and American-based Comfort Manyame among others.
This year’s DVD performance will be carrying 35 songs that were selected and arranged by the group’s president Joseph Madziyire.
Madziyire said as Zimpraise they are working hard trying to take the gospel back to basics hence coming up with such projects of the DVDs.
The Zimpraise choir has been in existence for the past decade under the watchful eye of award winning producer McDonald “Mcdee” Chidavaenzi and its president Madziyire.
Recently, the interdenominational gospel choir launched a debut album for a women project titled Women of Praise.
